Agilio lint-free dry cleaning cloths, with an integrated dispenser system.
Instruments should be dried using a disposable non-linting cloth after the cleaning process. Instruments should be handled in an appropriate manner to avoid contamination.
The Agilio lint-free cloths are supplied in a box of 150 cloths. Each box incorporates a dispenser mechanism on both sides for user ease.
How this product helps you comply with HTM 01-05 (2013 Edition)
Instruments should be dried using disposable non-linting cloths and be appropriately handled. It is essential to ensure that the cloth is adequately dry and free from contamination. Accordingly, the cloth should be disposed of after each sterilizer load. (HTM 01-05 2013 edition. Section 4.23)
Non-Linting cloths prevent air-drying, which should be avoided as it can result in corrosion and/or microbial growth. (HTM 01-05 2013 edition. Section 3.32)
Before carrying out the daily tests users should clean the rubber door seal of the steriliser with a clean, damp, non-linting cloth. (HTM 01-05 2013 edition. Section 4.20)
If reuseable instruments have a recommendation to wipe with a detergent solution, than a clean non-linting cloth plus the recommended detergent solution should be used. Followed by a clean, damp, non-linting cloth to wipe down any residue left behind, and then a dry clean non-linting cloth to dry the instruments. (HTM 01-05 2013 edition.Section 10.29)
